Awnings

Each Patio Awning is custom built which means we need time to manufacture.

We are currently able to supply the Carino Awning (Full Cassette) in white within 3 - 4 weeks, depending on your location this is usually under 3 weeks. The standard time for all other products from placing your order to delivery is 4 - 6 weeks. More often than not Awnings other than the white Carino are delivered within 4 weeks.

Special orders of non standard frame or fabric colours can lead to longer delays. Occasionally if there is a specific requirement for a specialist bracket for mounting the Awning, this too can lead to delays. Usually the absolute maximum time for even the most non standard product will be 8 weeks.

The estimated delivery time will be confirmed with you once you have placed your order. If for any reason we encounter any delays we will of course contact you.

Verandas & Carports

For white and anthracite Verandas / Carports we are able to supply in 2 - 3 week. Any other colour there is currently a lead time of 4 - 6 weeks.

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples will be sent by the next working day. On occasions where we need to order the samples there can be a longer delay but usually will be received in under a week.

Non Bespoke Products

All components and "off the shelf" products will be sent on the same or next working day.

Returns

Our product range falls under two main categories that utilise a different returns procedure

Custom Made Products

Once we have started manufacture of your custom made product we will be unable to accept any returns. It is important that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, should you change your mind.

Other bespoke items such as valances or side panels can not be returned.

Non Bespoke Products

All products that have not been custom made, such as heaters, addons and accessories can be returned for a full refund within 7 days under the distance selling regulation.

Should you decide that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us for the returns procedure. Full postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty / Damaged Products

When your product arrives please check it for damages before signing for the delivery. Damages must be notified within 3 days of the delivery.

In the unlikely event that your product is found to be faulty we should be notified immediately. All replacement parts are on a return to base basis unless they are notified within 7 days from receiving your purchase.
